What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once your order has been processed. Shipping times vary based upon your location within the United States.
Our goal is for your order to be processed and shipped out from Little Women Boutique within one week of your order. (Stay connected with Instagram so you will be aware when packing/shipping/processing may take a few extra days due to traveling, shopping/stocking new trendy apparel, or enjoying holidays with the family.)
How much will I pay for shipping my item/items?
Little Women Boutique charges a flat rate fee for shipping, regardless of how many items you purchase. So, in other words, shop and have fun as you choose your favorites — it will not cost you any more money to ship a few additional items!
How do I know which size to order?
Unless otherwise noted on the item description, the clothes we choose to sell run true to size. We purposefully order a limited number of each item and sizes to offer to our customers.
So when you find something you like – order it quickly! You may not get another chance and we don’t want you to be disappointed if you come back to our site later only to discover ‘someone beat you to it!’
How do I care for Little Women Boutique clothing items?
*We recommend that you wash clothing only when needed. Washing items too often causes the fabric to wear out faster, so we recommend you wear a garment multiple times before washing to extend the life of the garment.
How to Wash Clothing Items?
We recommend you wash your clothing items on the delicate cycle with cold water (or hand wash in cold water.)
How to Dry Clothing Items?
We recommend you hang dry your Little Women Boutique clothing items (or dry flat.) This will reduce heat damage from the dryer. Heat from the dryer can cause clothing to wear out much quicker.
When you choose to use a dryer, we recommend that you set the machine to the lowest heat setting.
How do I know when you’ve added items to Little Women Boutique?
We will give sneak peeks about items being added to the store on our Instagram page. Follow us to stay ‘in the know.’
Do you offer refunds on items that are returned?
If your item is undamaged, unworn, and still has the tags attached then you must Contact Us before shipping it to Little Women Boutique. Once we have received the item, and you have met our Return Policy, then we will refund the cost of your item to the credit card you used to make your purchase. See our Return Policy for more information.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges due to the fact we cannot promise we will have the correct size of the item you need once we’ve received your return. Little Women Boutique‘s inventory moves quickly and we purposefully replace items that sell with different, unique and trendy styles.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order AND you follow our return policy we will offer a refund to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
How do I return an item that does not fit or meet my expectations?
Read our return policy carefully and Contact us through email ASAP to describe your problem. We will give you instructions on how to return an item. You will be responsible for cost of shipping returnable items to Little Women Boutique AFTER contacting us. Once we receive the item we will refund the cost of the purchased item to the credit card you used ONLY if the apparel has not been worn/damaged and has all tags still attached.
What about sale items?
We will not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final. No exceptions.
